POP and corrugated displays that warp

Display warp is a stand or a sign bowing after one face took ink, coating, or heat and the other did not. Moisture left unevenly, and the board curled.

Checks

  1. See which face is concave. The board curls toward the face that lost more moisture.
  2. Balance coverage. A flood on one side and nothing on the other is a curl waiting to happen.
  3. Store displays flat and wrapped until they go up. A warm shop dries the top sheet first.
  4. Check the board before you print. A sheet that arrived warped will not dry flat.
